Issue a Government Order to formally institutionalise Prajavani with clear roles, decentralised structures, defined timelines, and provisions for appeal and automatic escalation.
The replication opportunity
Multiple states are watching this pilot. Telangana has the opportunity to establish the national standard for decentralised, participatory, verified grievance redress — building on the CM Prajavani brand and infrastructure.
